User Experience

Właśnie w oparciu o taką wiedzę nasza agencja projektuje wszystkie nowe usługi i związane z nimi funkcjonalności.

In order to design a good interactive product it is not enough to be knowledgeable about the latest technology. You also have to understand how those interacting with technology will behave. It means predicting what they feel, what they think, how they make decisions and what motivates them to do what they do. Our agency uses this knowledge to design new websites and related functionalities. At every stage of creation of a digital product or service, as well as when designing interaction between people and machines, the user is our primary point of reference – we are constantly aware of their requirements, needs, skills and limitations. We focus our efforts mainly on developing the greatest possible number of ideas about the value offered to customers, the way it can be delivered and the method of payment.

user-experience.jpgFor us, website design is based on constructing concepts for solutions, visualizing necessary changes and prototyping future possibilities. In our activities we combine new technologies, psychology, management, business models, usability and design.

Our objective goes beyond typical UX understood as designing single touchpoints or interfaces -it is to create solutions which are unique and attractive in a range of contexts, including marketing and business. Just as marketing communication cannot be planned without coordination of a range of media, products cannot be designed in isolation from market and social circumstances.

In order to achieve the ideal user experience we combine a range of online and offline competences, and our specialists go beyond standard website features to design “multi-channel experiences”. It is worth adding that knowledge about numerous business models enables us during the design phase to determine how to limit project costs and whether a given solution is in need of business and logistics optimization.

Our creation and design process involves thorough analysis of both the organization's and its users' needs, including:
